The kitchen/diner is a charming space with traditional exposed beams and wooden floors. It is equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect, including a gas hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetière, crockery, and cutlery. A dining table with 4 chairs is also provided.
Relax in the living area, which is furnished with a television, DVD player, amplifier and speakers, and includes local area information. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed for additional accommodation.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink unit, along with cabinets for storage.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a traditional fireplace, allowing you to enjoy the morning sun. The second bedroom offers the option of a double or twin beds and provides a garden view.
The first-floor bathroom includes a bath/shower, bidet, sink unit, and cabinets for storage. Additionally, there is a separate first-floor WC and sink unit.
The ground floor features a beautiful modern kitchen/diner with a tiled floor, traditional fireplace, and exposed beam. Directions
To reach this destination, take the N20 road to Andorra starting from Tarascon sur Ariege. Continue driving past the grotte de Lombrives and be on the lookout for a left turn towards Ariege \Evasion camping and Ornolac Ussat les Bains. Take this turn and cross the railway. Upon reaching the T junction, turn left and follow the signs for Ariege evasion. Proceed up the hill, passing by two bends, until you arrive at the square of Barry den bas. Park your vehicle in the town square of Barry den Bas. Look for a house with the number 1897 on it. From there, walk uphill for approximately 30 seconds until you come across a small road on your left named Quartier de Bacquie. Directly in front of you, you will see Chez Arran with two metal lizards on the wall. The apartment door is located on the left side of the double French doors.
