ENVIRONMENT, VIEW, AND NEIGHBORHOOD: The cottage is located in a peaceful countryside hamlet on the outskirts of a forest, home to fifteen inhabitants and an abundance of deer and wild boar, which lucky guests may even spot in the garden. With no neighboring buildings, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage is attached to the owners' house but has a separate entrance, ensuring complete independence.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The cottage boasts a charming and cozy interior, featuring a spacious main living room measuring 30 square meters with a kitchen and dining area equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine. A large bay window opens up to a covered balcony of 6 square meters facing south. The living area is overlooked by a mezzanine with a sloping roof, furnished as a dormitory with two beds, one measuring 120 cm and the other partitioned with blackout curtains and measuring 140 cm, along with a spacious 2 square meter closet. The mezzanine also includes a 6 square meter bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and another sizable closet. The cottage offers WIFI access and can provide a changing table, cot, and high chair if needed. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, and pets are accepted under certain conditions.

LOCATION AND NEARBY CITIES: The cottage is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the center of Lavelanet. It is also within close proximity to several notable cities, including Montségur (13 km), Mirepoix (18 km), Camon (20 km), Foix (25 km), Tarascon (35 km), Pamiers (45 km), Carcassonne (60 km), St Girons, St Lizier, and the Cathar castles, medieval towns, and prehistoric sites that can be found in the surrounding area. Additionally, the valleys of Couserans and Vicdessos are only an hour away, while Andorra, the sea, and Spain can be reached within an hour and a half.
