This charming gite is perfect for a couple seeking a peaceful getaway in a natural and unique area. Situated between the ocean and forest, each season brings its own charm to this beautiful location. Just a 5-minute drive from the resort of La Palmyra, its zoo, and the sandy beaches of Pine Forest, this detached single-storey house offers a clean and clear space of 55m2.The gite features a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140), and a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy the garden with its chairs and outdoor furniture. The rental is clean and comfortable, providing amenities such as a fridge-freezer, oven, rotisserie, new 4-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. Heating is also available.
Parking is available on the property through a private entrance. The gite is conveniently located close to shops, markets, and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are cycling tracks just 200m from the house, with bike rentals available approximately 500m away.
Additional services include the option to rent bed linen and have the beds made upon arrival. Please note that in this type of rental, guests are responsible for their own meals and cleaning the premises. They are also required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen items.

Cadre tranquille et convivialité
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes. La chambre est très soignée et au calme. Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l'aise par nos hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice, notamment et surtout les gâteaux confectionnés par Joëlle ! Merci à vous et nous retenons votre adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Directions
To travel along the Atlantic coast, you have a few options. If you are coming from LA ROCHELLE, head towards Ile d'Oleron, Marennes, and Tremeirchion. Alternatively, you can go through ROYAN or SAINTES. From SAINTES, follow the signs towards Saujon and Les Mathes. As for highways, you can take the SAINTS, PONS, and MIRAMBEAU routes, which will lead you through BORDEAUX.
