Welcome to our villa in la Colle sur Loup, just 3 kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and a short 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport. We are excited to have you as our guests and offer three beautiful rooms for your stay. Each room, located on the garden floor, features its own terrace, air conditioning, and a private bath or shower room with a toilet. Additionally, you will have access to a television with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator.Our guests are welcome to enjoy our swimming pool and relax on the sun beds. We also have a jeu-de-boules field on the premises for some friendly competition. The property offers stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup, providing a peaceful setting just minutes away from the village.
Start your day with a delicious French breakfast served in our charming dining room or on one of our inviting terraces, weather permitting.
Parking is available in our closed garden for your convenience. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, extending to 3 nights in July and August. Check-in is between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., and check-out is between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
Please be aware that our rooms are not suitable for children under 16 years of age, and pets are not allowed.
