Situated 7 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes, our Provencal mas offers two bedrooms and a family suite, all with breathtaking panoramic views of the hills of Grasse and the picturesque village of Cabris.At our peaceful and natural property, you will find convenient parking and a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Our location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Cote d'Azur and Alpes-Maritimes region, with its many charming villages perched on hillsides. Additionally, you can easily enjoy the nearby Mediterranean Sea and bask in the warm sun.
For those who love outdoor activities, the proximity of Lake St Cassien offers opportunities for fishing and pedal boating. Nearby towns such as Grasse, Cannes, Mougins, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Tourrettes, Valbonne, Fayence, and Draguignan provide a wide range of attractions, including perfume shops, the Cannes Film Festival, shopping, Marineland, art galleries, and vibrant markets.
To start your day off right, we serve a delicious homemade breakfast on our terrace, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view while indulging in local specialties.

Directions
To reach our house from Nice airport, it will take approximately 45 minutes. If you are coming from Grasse, which is about 15 minutes away, take the D2562 road towards Draguignan. Pass through the village of Peymeinade and continue for 1km. Once you spot the Fiat garage on your right, make a left turn onto Avenue de Peygros after seeing the signpost for "Le Mas des Arts." Continue driving for 2km, and you will find our house at number 219 on the left.
If you are traveling from the Avignon-Nice motorway, take exit 39 towards Fayence. Follow the road along Lake St. Cassien, heading towards Grasse. Pass through Val du Tignet and Peymeinade. After 200m from the sign, make a right turn onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for approximately 2km, and you will find our house at number 219.
For those coming from the Napoleon Road (Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier), upon leaving St Vallier de Thiey, take a right turn onto D4 towards Cabris. Continue on this road and follow the signs for Spéracédes - Peymeinade. Once you reach the roundabout in the Valley of Tignet, make a left turn. After 200 meters from the Peymeinade sign, make a right turn onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for 2km, and you will arrive at our house, number 219.
