The living room and dining area feature a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. There are three bedrooms, with rooms 1 and 2 having a double bed (140cm) and room 3 featuring a double bed (160cm), as well as a baby cot and high chair available upon request. The bathroom includes a sink, bathtub, washing machine, and separate dryer. There is also a separate toilet with a sink. The house is equipped with electric heating, children's games, and two bicycles (one for men and one for women) with a child seat. The enclosed garden is surrounded by hedges and offers privacy from neighbors. There are two terraces, an electric awning, a movable garden blind, and a barbecue.
