Welcome to the Carpediem3 # -en-Champagne villa, where Jade and John invite you to stay. We offer the option to rent either the entire floor or the entire villa.Conveniently located in the urban area of Troyes, this Champagne villa with a wooden frame can accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. It is situated close to all amenities in Saint Parres-aux-Tertres, including shops, restaurants, and the bus stop.
On the first floor, you will find 1 bathroom, 1 WC, and 3 bedrooms. The Chantal Thomass room features a comfortable Simmons bed measuring 160 × 200. The Cabin room has a Pirelli bed measuring 140 × 190, as well as an additional Dunlopilo bed measuring 90 × 190. The Duo room offers two Dunlopilo beds measuring 90 × 190, which can be joined together if desired. This room also has a private bathroom and private toilet. All of our rooms are equipped with ample storage space. Upon request, we can provide a baby cot and high chair.
The ground floor features a grand cathedral entrance, 1 WC, and 1 walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a small room on the ground floor, which is available for use starting from the 8th traveler. This room is furnished with a Simmons kine bed measuring 160 × 200.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances, including a NOVY hob and hob, a central island, and a granite worktop. We provide a range of equipment for your convenience, such as a NESPRESSO coffee maker, DOLCE gusto machine, crepe maker, waffle maker, blender, raclette machine, panini press, induction hob, and kettle. If requested, we can also provide a 2 kg fryer. This kitchen opens up to a cozy living room with a fireplace, which overlooks a panoramic veranda.
Outside, the villa offers 2 garden tables, 15 chairs, and a WEBER professional barbecue. On our enclosed plot of 1349 m2, you can enjoy your time to the fullest.
The villa also boasts a covered pool, which is available for your exclusive use. This high-end installation measures 9 meters x 4 meters and includes a safety step. Additionally, we have a 100 m2 inflated pool enclosure called SKYDOME JESSICA, which provides an unusual and relaxing experience as it can rest on the water overnight. You will have complimentary access to the swimming pool, and we will provide instructions for its operation and safety. For a small additional fee, you can also reserve optional amenities such as air conditioning, a massage mattress, and a jacuzzi (available from 05 September).
