The kitchen features cabinets, a dining table for four people, a large fridge, and a washing machine.
The shower room includes a washbasin cabinet, mirror, shower, programmable towel radiator, window, and toilet.
Guests have access to a 300m2 enclosed and landscaped garden, which includes a dining/relaxation area, sun loungers, and a ping pong table. Parking is available in front of the house.
