"La Ferme" is a charming 35m2 apartment that offers a comfortable stay for both vacationers and business travelers. The apartment consists of a cozy bedroom with a double bed, complete with new bedding, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious living room, spanning 20m2, features a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, heat rotating device, kettle, toaster, small electric hob, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, the living room includes a desk and a TV, providing a convenient workspace and entertainment.If needed, one or two single beds can be added to the living room. The property offers parking space for your car within its grounds. La Ferme de Balizy, known for its tranquility and relaxing atmosphere, is an ideal place to unwind during your stay.
The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped, ensuring that you can prepare your own meals with ease. It includes a fridge, hob, microwave convection oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen equipment.
The apartment boasts easy accessibility, located between exits 5 and 6 of the A6 and A10 highways. It is only 17km away from Paris and 22km from Versailles. The Massy Palaiseau TGV station is a short 7km drive away.
Paris can be reached within a 20-minute car ride, and on average, it takes 15-20 minutes by train. The nearest train station, Balizy Gravigny RER C, is conveniently located just 800 meters away. For a more extensive train network, the Epinay sur Orge station is recommended, allowing you to reach the center of Paris in just fifteen minutes.
Disneyland can be reached within 45 minutes by car or an hour by train. Orly airport is a mere 15-minute drive away. Versailles is also easily accessible, taking approximately 25 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train.

Séjour de cinq jours à la ferme de Balizy
Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, excellent accueil. Les chambres, le jardin et la cour fermée ont beaucoup de charme et sont bien pratiques. Super pour nos enfants, nos petits enfants et nous!
