This apartment offers easy access to the beach, food shops, markets, water sports, cultural centers, nightclubs, water park, nature base, and the historical center of old FREJUS. Additionally, it is conveniently located near shopping in ST RAPHAEL. All of these amenities can be reached via a pedestrian path known as the "chemin béal".

The apartment overlooks the park of the residence and can comfortably accommodate 3 people, although it is ideal for 2. It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a non-enclosed sleeping area.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom area and a double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure the reservation, the tenant must sign a contract and provide a deposit check. The remaining balance of the rental and the deposit must be paid upon arrival.

The apartment is equipped with new appliances, including a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer.

The bathroom is designed with a large wall mirror above the sink and toilet, as well as another mirror fixed on the door.

To make a reservation, the tenant must sign a contract and provide a deposit check for 30% of the total rent. The reservation becomes firm and definitive after sending the completed and signed lease, along with the deposit check. The remaining balance and the deposit must be paid upon arrival before receiving the keys.

Upon arrival, a guarantee check must be provided to the owner's representative, who will keep it during the stay.

The price includes water and electricity consumption, except in low season when a flat rate of 105 per week applies.

In the event of cancellation, if it occurs less than one month before the lease starts, the tenant will lose the deposit paid. Additionally, if the cancellation takes place less than one month before the lease starts, the tenant will be responsible for paying the difference between the deposit and the total rent, as a penalty.

Check-in takes place on Saturdays, and the owner delegates the reception to their representative on site. The representative will be available to arrange arrival and departure times, as well as address any accommodation-related issues during the stay. Arrival is in the afternoon from 2 pm until evening, and departure is in the morning before 11 am.

Upon check-in, 2 keychains will be provided, one of which includes the remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In the event of loss, a fee of 120 will be charged for the larger keychain with 4 keys, and a fee of 60 will be charged for the smaller keychain with 3 keys.

The apartment also offers access to a swimming pool, and 3 pool bracelets will be provided. In case of loss, each bracelet will incur a charge of 75.
