CINNAMON is a charming house located in the beautiful AZUR FRAGRANCES villa in Mougins. Our house can accommodate up to 12 people and we warmly welcome guests throughout the year. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our lovely terrace and garden.Guests will have access to the ground floor of the villa, which includes a relaxing terrace for smoking, playing cards, and enjoying meals. You can also choose to have breakfast or custom-made meals on the terrace. We have a barbecue and wood available for grilling, as well as a pizza oven operated by Christian. Sabrina organizes special dessert evenings for children, and we even have karaoke and cartoon movie nights in the living room. The garden features swings, a slide, a swimming pool with sun umbrellas, and a designated area for sunbathing and relaxation.
Our family lives in the house year-round and we invite you to join us in the spacious "Amber" living room with a fireplace for breakfast or guest tables. We are more than happy to provide information about the region, including recommendations for visits and walks.
The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by villas. You will find all amenities nearby, such as shopping stores, a heated municipal swimming pool in Mougins, bus stops, fitness facilities, bakeries, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of Cannes. There are also attractions like the Lerins Islands, the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, and golf courses. We are located next to the year-round heated municipal pool "Campelières" and the Cannes Dance School "Rosella Hightover".

CINNAMON is a charming house located on the upper floor of our villa, offering a beautiful view of the garden and pool. With a spacious area of approximately 20 m2, it comfortably accommodates 2 guests (with the option to add an extra bed for a surcharge of 15). We also provide a "baby" umbrella bed for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.The house is well-equipped with an en-suite shower, sink, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric cooking stove. The toilet is separate and shared, conveniently located in the hallway.
In addition to the private accommodation, you are welcome to enjoy the ground floor of our villa. There is a communal main terrace furnished with tables and chairs for your meals, as well as a barbecue for your grilling needs. The garden features swings, a slide, and other children's games. You can also take advantage of the communal pool, complete with comfortable deckchairs.
The Cottage Studio CINNAMON features a comfortable double bed measuring 180 cm (which can be split into two 90 cm mattresses). If needed, we can provide an additional bed for children aged 3 and above, for an additional charge of 20. A cot for children under 3 years old is available upon request, free of charge. The house offers ample storage space with cupboards and a dresser. There is a dining table with two chairs, as well as a TV and free WiFi throughout the villa.
Free parking is available within our condominium, and the surrounding area is filled with shops. Cannes and its beautiful beaches are only a 20-minute drive away.

Directions
Exit N ° 42 Cannes-Le Cannet-Grasse on Highway A8. Take a right turn towards "La Palestra-Garibondy-Rocheville" and continue to follow this direction. Always take a right turn at the traffic lights along the way towards Campelières. Proceed straight ahead and at the next traffic light, take a right turn towards "Mougins- Avenue Maréchal-Jun." After approximately 150 meters, at the first traffic light, take a right turn onto the path of Provence. Drive for 100 meters and then take a left turn onto a dead-end road. On your right, you will see our white villa with its blue shutters. On the villa's wall, there is a sign that says "DAZUR FRAGRANCES." On the same side, you will also notice the establishment Ridcharson, indicating that you have arrived.
