Located near Grasse, known as the city of perfumes, this charming two-storey Provençal stone "mas" offers a tranquil retreat amidst a sprawling olive grove. With its independent and secluded setting, it provides the perfect self-catering accommodation option. The interior boasts a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, complete with antique furniture and all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Guests will have access to a shared swimming pool, which is also enjoyed by the owners residing in the neighboring villa. The property features two bedrooms, as well as a cozy dining room with an open fireplace. Sleeping arrangements include one double bed, two single beds, and an additional folding bed upon request. For added convenience, house linen for the bathroom and/or beds can be hired upon request. The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to four people. Rates are based on a weekly or monthly basis, with check-ins on Saturdays during the summer season, subject to availability. House linen is available upon request, while a compulsory housekeeping fee of 40 € is not included. Please note that breakfast is not provided. A car is essential for getting around the area.
