Directions
Regardless of the direction you are coming from, your first destination should be Saint Hilaire le Château, which can be reached by taking the D941, the main road connecting Bourganeuf and Aubusson. If you are approaching from the Bourganeuf/Pontarion direction, make a right turn immediately after passing the small church on your left and the local shop on your right. If you are coming from Aubusson, make a left turn before reaching the church and shop. This road is known as the D34 and is marked with signs for Vidaillat and Saint-Pierre-Bellevue. Continue on the D34 for approximately 4 km until you reach Vidaillat. In the village, you will notice the local church on your left and the Marie (formerly a school) in front of you. Take a right turn towards Saint-Pierre-Bellevue, where you will also see a small sign for Chez Jallot. After driving for about 100 meters on this road, make a left turn signposted for St. Pierre-Bellevue. After approximately 3 km, you will pass a left turn towards Courson, and then 50 meters further, a right turn towards Lanjouy. Stay on the D34 for another 200 meters until you reach a left turn with a stone cross on the side of the road. Take this turn, and Chez Jallot will be located 250 meters to the right after a large stone wall. Please avoid turning right in front of this wall, as it belongs to our neighbors' farm. To park, drive to the front of the house and follow the driveway. Look for a large tree on the side of the lawn and park on either side of it, next to the driveway.
