The flat features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. We provide bed linen and towels for your convenience.
Parking is available, and guests may also have access to the pool, subject to certain conditions. Additionally, we offer babysitting services upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.
Our multilingual staff can assist you in English, German, French, and Polish. The flat is available for weekly rentals, with rates as follows: 600 euros per week in July and August, 500 euros per week in June and September, and 450 euros per week during other months. A deposit of 300 euros is required.

This ground floor flat has recently been renovated and is completely self-contained. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (baby cot available upon request). The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Parking is available and there is a swimming pool on the premises, subject to certain conditions. Babysitting services can be arranged upon request. Please note that animals are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Our friendly staff speaks English, German, French, and Polish. The rental is available on a weekly basis.
Prices are as follows:
- 600 Euros per week in July and August.
- 500 Euros per week in June and September.
- 450 Euros per week during other months.
A deposit of 300 Euros is required.

Directions
To travel from A8 (Aix, Nice), take exit 42 towards Cannes centre and Mouans Sartoux, following the signs for Grasse. On the expressway, take the fourth exit leading to Mouans Sartoux. At the roundabout, turn left and continue following the signs for 'Centre Ville' and 'Gare' (train station). Then, proceed towards Valbonne/Plascassier along the road. The house is situated just 3 minutes away from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
