On the ground floor of the house, you will find a cozy bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and an ensuite shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a larger 160x200 cm bed and a separate bathroom. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Please note that pets are not allowed in the house.Breakfast will be served in the dining room, and during the summer months, if the weather permits, you can also enjoy your lunch on the adjacent terrace. You have the option to relax and sunbathe either on the terrace or in the garden.
The bedroom is equipped with a spacious closet with sliding doors, a TV, a WIFI corner office, and there are some pictures to enhance the ambiance.
For those hot summer days, take a refreshing dip in the pool, which is available for use.
The house is conveniently located at 17 bis rue M Wattez in Grassland, St Cheron, France. It is situated just a 5-minute walk from the RER C line station SAINT CHERON, making it easily accessible from Paris, which is approximately 45 kms away.

From the A10 motorway:
Take the Dourdan exit (7 km) and follow the signs for St Chéron - Arpajon. In St Chéron, in the city center, take the first right after Société Générale (across from the church). Take the first left and continue straight. Ignore the first roundabout and continue for 100 meters. Then, on the left side, turn onto "LAbri-Coastal" at the bottom of the path.
From Paris (by car):
Head towards Evry and Bordeaux-Versailles, then take the Massy-Palaiseau and Montlhery-Arpajon directions. Take the N20 and exit at Arpajon (7 km), following the signs for Dourdan-St Chéron. After passing several roundabouts, you will reach St Chéron. At the first traffic light, turn left, continue downhill, and stay to the right. After 200 meters, you will find the entrance to 17 bis rue Grassland on the right. Follow the road to the end.
From Paris (by train):
Take the RER/SNCF line C towards Dourdan. Get off at St Chéron (50 minutes), exit on the main station side, and turn right. Walk straight and at the first roundabout, turn left. After 100 meters, the pavilion will be on your left. Enter through the garden.
