This new villa is located just 3 or 4 km away from the sea and 1 km from BIOT, a medieval village in the Côte d'Azur known for its glassware and Marineland. Situated between Monaco/Nice and Cannes, this Provencal villa offers 160 sqm of living space spread over two levels. Surrounded by a beautiful garden of 1500 m² with ancient olive trees, this villa boasts a tranquil hill view.

Upstairs, there are two clean rooms and a bathroom with a separate entrance. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge and an attic with a library. Guests can enjoy the convenience of WIFI access and will find housekeeping services, as well as linen and towels provided in the bathroom.

Guests are welcome to freely access the terrace, garden, and barbecue during appropriate hours. Additionally, a homemade breakfast is included, consisting of delicious items such as jam, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, and tea.

For added convenience, private car parking is available.
