LA GRANGE: This charming cottage has been approved by Clévacances with a 3-key tourism rating. It is conveniently located near Versailles and Rambouillet, in the beautiful Regional Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. Additionally, it is in close proximity to the renowned Château de Breteuil and its expansive 80-hectare park.

DESCRIPTION: This comfortable cottage is situated in a detached house with a lovely small garden. The ground floor features a laundry room with a washing machine, a cozy living room with a TV lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a double sink tray, ceramic 4-burner stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, storage cabinets, kitchen utensils, and dishes. There is also a breakfast area for your convenience.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms: one master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds plus a sofa bed suitable for a child, and a third smaller room with a single bed. There is also a toilet and a bathroom on this floor.

The second floor, nestled under the roof, offers a small apartment with a kitchenette (including a microwave and refrigerator) and a dining area. There is also a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and a cozy lounge area.

The cottage provides internet access. There is a bus network available for transportation to Rambouillet and Chevreuse RER, which offers direct access to Paris in Saint Remy les Chevreuse.
