Located just 10 minutes away from Aubenas, this stunning stone farmhouse is surrounded by serene nature, offering a tranquil and enjoyable atmosphere. In one wing of the farmhouse, you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms with independent access. Among them are 3 double bedrooms and two family bedrooms, each equipped with their own table and terrace.

On the left side of the farmhouse, you will discover two inviting terraces, one of which is adorned with a charming pergola. Additionally, there is a spacious dining room with a cozy fireplace where you can indulge in the library and board games. Adjacent to the dining room is a small TV lounge, providing a perfect space to unwind.

For ultimate relaxation, take full advantage of the pool with its soothing massage jets and admire the breathtaking views of the Tanargue mountain range. Alternatively, treat yourself to an in-room massage performed by a certified practitioner or explore the nearby countryside on delightful walks starting right from the farmhouse.

In the evening, Thierry, our talented chef, prepares simple yet delicious meals with a touch of Provencal or local flavors, creating a delightful dining experience for you and your loved ones.

The MAS Bourlenc, located just 10 minutes from AUBENAS, is the perfect place to unwind and relax with your family or friends. Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the peacefulness interrupted only by the pleasant sounds of birds chirping or cicadas in the summer. With various views that are not overlooked, the property offers a serene atmosphere where you can unwind.

The old barn has been beautifully restored and expanded into a stunning stone farmhouse spanning 230 m2. Noble materials such as stone, wood, and lime have been used to create a charming and authentic ambiance. Divided into two adjoining wings, the farmhouse offers separate areas for daytime and nighttime activities, each with independent access but still connected (one of the 5 bedrooms). This allows for a peaceful rest in the bedrooms while also providing the opportunity for everyone to go about their own personal activities without disturbing others.

Entering the left wing (daytime area), a small staircase leads to a large shaded terrace under an arbor, where you can enjoy meals. This is followed by a second open terrace that offers a breathtaking 180° view of the surrounding nature. The large semi-professional kitchen with Provencal ceilings provides ample space for cooking with numerous storage cabinets, two sinks, granite countertops, a Lacanche piano with a 5-burner gas stove and oven, a second oven, a microwave, 2 refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and various semi-professional kitchen equipment. The kitchen opens onto a small TV lounge with access to the terrace and a toilet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with a piano for musical evenings, a fireplace, a library corner, comfortable sofas, and a large ash wood table.

The right wing is dedicated to 5 independent bedrooms, each with its own terrace furnished with tables and chairs for peaceful reading and enjoying the view. The first bedroom features a 140-bed, wardrobe, table, chair, and an open shower room with a closed toilet. The second bedroom offers a 160-bed, dresser, table, chair, closet, and an adjoining bathroom with a round sandstone shower and toilet. This room also communicates with the kitchen. The third bedroom boasts a 160-bed, dresser, chair, table, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a closed toilet. The fourth bedroom features a 160-bed on the lower level and a mezzanine with a 140-bed and two 90-beds. It also has an enclosed bathroom and toilet, as well as an armoire, dresser, wardrobe, table, and chairs. The fifth bedroom is a duplex with a ground floor 140-bed and a first-floor 180-bed and 90-bed. It has a closed bathroom and toilet. All rooms have window screens (except the second bedroom), individual kettles, and hair dryers. Fans are also available. The windows and doors are adorned with wooden shutters and the walls are made of stone.

For a refreshing dip, you can enjoy the saltwater swimming pool, measuring 9.5 x 4.5 meters, with 2 jacuzzi jets located on the stairs. From the poolside deck with sun loungers, you can admire the olive trees on the property and the view of the Cevennes. There is a sheltered area with a fridge, table, and chairs. Additionally, there is a ping pong table, board games, and books available for your entertainment. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to witness honey extraction in the honey house located below the terrace.

Open parking is available at the bottom of the property. The farmhouse offers numerous hiking and biking trails right from its doorstep. Documentation about nearby attractions is available on-site. If desired, a certified masseuse can come to the farmhouse to provide a relaxing massage.

The MAS Bourlenc is conveniently located just 12 minutes from Aubenas, 15 minutes from Vals les Bains, and 10 minutes from the villages of Jean Ferrat and Antraigues on Volane. The stunning Gorges of the Ardeche, perfect for canoeing, are only 20 minutes away, and the CAVE DU PONT D ARC (Chauvet Cave) is a 50-minute drive. A grocery store and pizzeria can be found just 2 kilometers away.
