This authentic village, with its ancient castle, is situated on the scenic Route Minervoise between Béziers, Narbonne, and Carcassonne. As you step into the heart of Cathar country, you'll be captivated by the picturesque landscapes and renowned wines of southern Minervois.

Pouzols Minervois has a rich history dating back to the ninth century, and you can still admire the remains of its fortifications at the top of the village. Don't miss the Romanesque church of Saint Saturnin, a Lombard-style architectural marvel that has been designated as a historical monument.

Our two spacious houses, located in beautifully restored stone buildings, offer tranquility and comfort. Each house can accommodate up to eight guests and has been rated four ears by the esteemed "Charming Bed 2008" guide.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, you'll be just a short distance away from the renowned Cave Cooperative of Olive Oil "The Oulibo" and the exquisite wines of Cave Cooperative Pouzols. Mr. Bernard ALBERT, a medalist in national wine competitions, also offers his private cellar for you to savor his excellent wines.

During your stay in one of our lodges, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Cathar country, delve into its history, indulge in regional specialties, and visit the vineyards. And when it comes to dining, you'll be spoiled for choice with a range of excellent restaurants, from gourmet establishments to charming taverns along the Canal du Midi, promising to delight your taste buds.
