Secure private parking is available in our cave, or if you prefer, there is a village house for 4-6 people across the street where you can self-cater. Cuxac d Aude is a great location for exploring the area, as it is only 10km from Narbonne and a short 25-minute drive from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. Don't miss out on visiting the Cathare castles, the Cite of Carcassonne, and the famous canal du midi, as they are all well worth a visit. Village House

Immerse yourself in the Mediterranean charm of this renovated village house, located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Cuxac. With a capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, this delightful property offers comfortable living spaces.

The accommodation features 2 ground floor double bedrooms with 140cm beds, as well as a mezzanine with 2 single beds. A bathroom and separate toilet are also conveniently located on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find a cozy dining room/sitting room complete with a fireplace (wood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen. Double doors open onto a charming terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor meals and make use of the barbecue and terrace furniture.

Perfectly situated for extended stays, the gite is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of this region of France. Within a short 20-30 minute drive, you can reach the stunning coastline and beaches. Additionally, the area offers numerous cycling and walking routes, as well as the renowned Canal du Midi. Directions

To get to our location, you'll need to follow these travel directions:

1. Take the autoroute du Sud A9 and exit at junction 38.
2. Once off the highway, continue on the ring road N9 in the direction of Carcassonne and Beziers.
3. Look for signs indicating Cuxac d Aude and follow them.
4. At the fourth roundabout, take the last exit onto D13 leading to Cuxac d Aude.
5. Once in the village, you'll notice a boulangerie on your right. Opposite the boulangerie, there is a turn to Salleles.
6. Head towards Salleles and when you reach the Hotel de Ville, take a left turn.
7. After driving for approximately 200 meters, you'll see our signpost on the left indicating rue du Bac.
8. Look out for another sign that says Maison Pelissier. There is parking available in the cave across the street.
