With a size of 100 m2, the villa offers three bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 160, another with a 140 bed, and the third with three beds measuring 90. The large living room seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooker piano-Godin featuring five burners, an oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker for both regular and espresso coffee, and a microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, and there are two separate toilets for added convenience. The villa also features a terrace with umbrellas, a gas griddle, and a table tennis set (including racquets and balls). Stay connected with the available internet WIFI, while enjoying all the comforts at your disposal.The villa is situated in a picturesque environment, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and landscaped gardens. The highlight is the stunning Californian mosaic pool, complemented by a beautiful 120 m2 terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. Relax on the outdoor furniture, including coffee tables, chairs, and deckchairs, and soak in the breathtaking 180° view of the Varois Mountains.
