Our holiday accommodation boasts a well-established 2-acre garden with an array of amenities for children, including a 4m trampoline and a swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful Cognac vines, perfect for leisurely walks. Alternatively, you can explore the vast miles of forest by foot or take advantage of our bicycles for a scenic cycle. Despite our rural location, we are conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the cosmopolitan towns of Cognac and Saintes. Here, you will find an abundance of daily fresh food markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and various tourist attractions to explore.

Inside our accommodation, we offer three spacious bedrooms: Oak, Pine, and Acacia. Each room is named after the trees found in our garden. The Oak room is specifically designed to accommodate families of four, with two adults and two young children. Both the Oak and Pine rooms feature modern and spacious en-suite shower rooms on the first floor. The Acacia room, located on the ground floor, offers a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, blending traditional French furniture with modern pieces to create a unique ambiance and atmosphere.

Surrounded by vineyards and forests, our house is situated within a large garden, providing a peaceful and tranquil environment. Numerous sun loungers and chairs are scattered throughout the garden, allowing guests to find their own secluded spot for dining, relaxation, play, or reading. Additionally, we offer various recreational facilities, including an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (open from June to September), swings, badminton, and football nets. Guests can also take advantage of our off-street private parking.
