This air-conditioned house measures 90m² and has 3 bedrooms. It is brand new and located in a very quiet area. The Bédinière, a half-timbered house, has been open since December 2012 and is classified as 3 ears. It is an emblematic property in the Sologne region, situated within 5km of Chambord Park and near other famous castles of the Loire, such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard. The house is perfect for cycling enthusiasts, as it is close to biking plains and the famous Castles Cycling Tours. It is also near Center Park and the natural BEAUVAL.Baignade Zoo Mont-près-Chambord, making it an ideal location for nature lovers.The cottage is located 700m from a typical Solognot town, on a spacious plot. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people, thanks to its 3 beautiful independent rooms with large bedding. Weekend stays are also possible for a price of 250.
The ground floor of the house consists of a dining room with a farm table and a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a flat screen TV, beams, and an oak staircase that adds to the charm of the Sologne region. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and small appliances. The bathroom on this floor features 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with beams, a double bed (160), and a closet.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180), along with a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor has a natural stone basin and a toilet.
The house offers free Wi-Fi and a welcome box of regional products. Sheets are provided free of charge, and towels can be provided for 5/person/stay. Cleaning services are available upon request for a fee of 50.
Outside, there is a large table with chairs and armchairs under the shade of the trees, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs in a peaceful setting. A barbecue is also available. Guests can discover the wildlife of the Sologne Sauvage, including rutting deer in the vicinity of the cottage, as well as the ponds and their inhabitants. It is a truly charming countryside experience.
