Experience the charm and comfort of a fully renovated old wine estate during your holiday in Burgundy. Our independent stone house, located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, offers excellent conditions for your stay, including the option for short stays.Inside, you will find a cozy living room equipped with WiFi, television, CD player, DVD player, books, and games. The dining room features a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a toilet and shower. Upstairs, there is a spacious and comfortable bedroom with an antique washbasin, a double bed, and a single bed. We provide all necessary bed linens and towels, and baby equipment is available upon request. Heating is included in the rental price.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace with a garden table and chairs, or unwind in the inner courtyard and garden deck chairs. A barbecue and garage are also available for your convenience. We happily accept small dogs, who must be kept on a leash within the yard and garden.
Our peaceful location serves as the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of Burgundy. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, table tennis, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone. Don't miss the opportunity to visit medieval villages, castles, and cellars, or indulge in tennis, rollerblading on the greenway, and wine tasting festivals. You can even take a boat trip on the Canal du Center.

Situated in the picturesque vineyard of Couchois, just 30 km from Beaune and 20 km from Autun, our tastefully decorated duplex apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and style.The spacious and inviting bedroom can accommodate 2 or 3 guests, and features elegant furnishings, a wash basin, WC, and shower. The living room boasts a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your own meals, and a closed garage provides secure parking for your convenience.

Après un accueil sympathique et discret, nous nous sommes installés dans cette charmante maison agréablement décorée, entourée de fleurs. une adresse idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité dans une ambiance campagnarde tout près de sites touristiques incontournables.
Directions
Head towards Lyon on highway A6. Take the Beaune Hospices exit, which is exit 24.1 labeled "Beaune Chagny." Follow the N 74 road towards Chagny, but do not enter the town. Instead, continue on the D 974 road towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune. At this point, turn right and take the D 978 road towards Couches. Before reaching the castle, you will see a large wine-press. Turn left at this point and follow the C10 road towards Origny for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you spot a big yellow house on your left. Take a left turn here, and you will easily identify our property on your right-hand side.
