Located just 6 km from the entrance of Agen, on the outskirts of the charming village of St-Cirq Colayrac, is a beautifully restored character house. Set on a vast 13,000m² open park, this home has been lovingly renovated and decorated by its owners, Marie and Marc Anthoine.With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 family rooms, and 2 suites, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms and toilets, this house offers comfortable accommodation for overnight or extended stays. The common room is a cozy space where breakfast is served by the warm fireplace during winter. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hotplates for guests to use.
For relaxation and socializing, there are various amenities available. Guests can enjoy the internet access, with a computer and printer provided, as well as a selection of reading materials and games. In the summer, the garden awaits with hammocks and peaceful areas for relaxation. There is also a terrace and a communal pool measuring 10mx4m, with a depth of 1.40m and an alarm system for safety.
Marc-Antoine, an avid cyclist, is available to offer advice on the best routes and paths to explore. Guests can take leisurely walks along the nearby canal or indulge in hiking adventures. Please note that there is a local tax to be paid on-site.

Directions
After passing through the village, head towards Bordeaux. Shortly after you see the "Colayrac st Cirq" sign, you will come across a closed entrance. Keep going for about 100 meters and you will find the house on your right. Take the hairpin turn and make sure to spot the entrance just before the "Espoir FM" radio station. Look out for a suspended sign that says "Gîte de France" in front of the house.
