Description for Gite
The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge area, adorned with original stone floors, a woodburner, and a TV/DVD for your entertainment. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate kitchen/diner, equipped with a table for four people. The kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All necessary cooking equipment, utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are provided.Upstairs, you will find the sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities. The generously sized double bedroom showcases original stone walls and exposed beams. This room is perfect for accommodating an additional bed or cot while still providing ample space. The bright and airy shower room features a stone wall, exposed beams, a spacious shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and a toilet.
Included with the gite is a utility room, complete with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upon arrival, the owners will provide a welcome basket, as well as fresh garden fruit and vegetables according to the season.
Outside, a sunny patio area awaits you, complete with a table and chairs that overlook the beautifully stocked garden maintained by the owners. This is an ideal spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. For your comfort, sun loungers and a barbecue are also provided. Please note that this property is non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the house, you can start from either Gueret or La Chatre and take the D940 road. Once you reach Le Poteau, continue on the D15 road towards Genouillac Gare as indicated by the signposts. After about 1km, make a left turn towards Les Mousseaux. Keep going until you reach the end of the village, where you will find the house on your left.
