Welcome to this charming apartment located in the heart of the village of Tuchan. With a spacious 70 sqm, it is perfect for individuals or couples with a child. Situated above a small business, the apartment offers convenience and comfort.

The apartment features a large living room with a kitchenette, a cozy double bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate WC. An extra bed is available for those who require accommodation for three people.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. We kindly ask guests to clean up before they leave. However, for those who prefer not to handle this task, a "household" option is available for an additional cost of 35 Euros.

Tuchan village provides all the necessary amenities for visitors, including a small supermarket, a coffee shop, a bank, a pharmacy, doctors, a hairdressing salon, a swimming pool, and a wine cooperative offering famous wines.

There are several nearby attractions to explore, such as the 11th-century Château d'Aguilar and the Cathar Castles, including Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, and Fontfroide Abbey, just a few kilometers away. The village of Durban, 17km from Tuchan, also boasts a castle built in the 12th century.
