Description for B&B:
The ground floor living room greets you with its elegant French oak and poplar ceiling. Bathed in natural light thanks to a lime coating tinted with yellow ocher, this south-facing room exudes warmth. Adjacent to it is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly extends the living space.Upon entering, you'll notice the staircase and entire floor adorned with a hand-painted frieze of leaves in autumn hues, complemented by a light red patina for a vintage touch.
Upstairs, the bedroom windows offer picturesque views: to the south, you can see the garden, while to the north, the scenery includes a small pond, an orchard, and surrounding woods. The bedroom features a luxurious 180 cm bed (which can be separated into two 90 cm beds upon request) and an additional 90 cm bed, all within a spacious 21 m² area. An extra 5 m² clearance area includes a cupboard, and there’s a 4 m² shower room with a W.C.
You’ll fall in love with the room’s soft-colored whitewashed walls, relaxing ambiance, high comfort, well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding, and garden views of the Monts du Forez. Expect a truly zen experience!

Directions
Take the A72 motorway and exit at Feurs. Turn left onto the D1089 towards Boën. After crossing over the motorway, take another left towards Poncins. Follow the road into the village of Poncins. Once in the village, continue straight and after passing the Town Hall, turn right towards Montverdun. From that point, travel 3.5 km. You'll pass the “Les Perrichons” area, a farm on the right, and then some undergrowth. The house is just beyond the undergrowth on the right side, and you might only see it at the last moment. Look for a "Clévacances" sign on the gate pillar, which marks the car park.
