Gîte le Magnolia:Welcome to Gîte le Magnolia! This charming accommodation features three bedrooms on the upper floor, including two with a 160x200 bed and one with two 90x200 beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen open to the dining room, complete with an electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area comfortably seats six people, and there is a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the convenience of a Bluetooth speaker. Additionally, there is a water room with a closed WC.
Outside, a spacious terrace awaits you, facing west for breathtaking sunsets. Adorned with a dry garden, the terrace features a dining area for six, perfect for al fresco meals. Relax on one of the three deck chairs or fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal. Enjoy your privacy as there are no overlooking neighbors.
As a guest of Gîte le Magnolia, you will have access to the shared swimming pool and spa facilities, which are equipped with a retractable cover for your comfort. A parking space is also available for your convenience. For added convenience, we offer a la carte catering service.
