We have 4 guest rooms available for rent in a charming old house that dates back to 1781. Our accommodations include a master suite with a cot and a children's room with bunk beds. Each room is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed.Located in a tourist hotspot, we are only 30 minutes away from the beautiful Marais Poitevins, 40 minutes from the renowned Puy du Fou, and a short 30-minute drive from the stunning coastline. Additionally, we are situated along the route of the abbeys of southern Vendée, offering a rich cultural experience.
At La Poitevinière, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, surrounded by our lovely garden and flowers. Despite being in a peaceful setting, all necessary amenities are within a 10-minute drive, including shops, medical facilities, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, caterers, and restaurants. Additionally, we offer bike rentals on-site, as well as wifi and private parking for your convenience.
If you're interested in exploring the area, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Discover the charm of medieval villages, indulge in various sea activities, or embark on scenic hikes in the vicinity. This charming gite offers three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. One of the bedrooms even has its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a relaxing bathtub. Additionally, a kettle is provided with a selection of herbal teas and coffee for you to enjoy. Another bedroom features a convenient shower, while the master bedroom is connected to a delightful children's room equipped with bunk beds and a cot. The gite also boasts a children's library and an adult library, along with a selection of board games for entertainment.Outside, you will have access to a lovely garden with various games for the little ones, as well as a picnic table and a plancha for outdoor meals. Breakfast can be arranged as an optional extra, allowing you to start your day in the most delightful way possible.
