If you seek tranquility and a breath of fresh air in a charming and authentic environment, I am pleased to offer you a delightful independent house nestled in a picturesque green setting. Located in Creuse, in central France, this lovely accommodation is situated 60 km north of Limoges, renowned as the international capital of porcelain, and 80 km from Aubusson, the esteemed world capital of tapestry.The house comprises of an entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a bathroom with a WC, all conveniently located on the garden level. The house is equipped with electric heating to ensure your comfort.
An exterior staircase leads to a cozy TV lounge on the upper floor. Outside, you will find a terrace, a garden, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a garage for your car.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities to experience nature, including invigorating walks, with a stream located just 150 m away and a forest just 200 m away. A fishing spot at a body of water can be found 2 km away. Additionally, there is an indoor swimming pool, a lake, tennis courts, and various shops all within an 8 km radius.
During your stay, you will have the pleasure of indulging in regional delicacies such as Limousine meat, Baronnet lamb, chanterelles, Limousin apples, potato pâté, clafoutis, Creusois cake, and black pork.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers a multitude of marked hiking trails.
