Welcome to our property where you will find a peaceful, comfortable, and inviting family suite measuring 75 m². The suite consists of two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people.

In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room offers a bed of 140 cm as well as a corner bed measuring 90x180, perfect for accommodating a child under 12 years old. Additionally, there is a shared shower room and toilet for your convenience.

The suite also includes a living room with a library, a dining area, and an office space. You can also enjoy the 40 m² terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

With its own separate entrance, you will have complete freedom of movement during your stay. For your safety and convenience, parking is available in our enclosed courtyard.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served either in our family dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season and weather.

Welcome to our charming cottage, located in a house that is over 100 years old. Imbued with the tranquil and serene spirit of the countryside, our cottage offers you a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Recognized by the Prefecture of Vienne as a comfortable "3-star furnished tourism" accommodation, our gîte spans across two levels with a generous surface area of 100 m². Situated in close proximity to the owners' house, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The ground floor features a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, spanning 36 m². Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on this level. The kitchen opens up to a delightful 30 m² terrace, partially covered, which overlooks the garden. Here, you'll find a porch and slide for the little ones to enjoy.

Moving upstairs, you'll discover two charming bedrooms. The first bedroom spans 20 m² and is furnished with a comfortable 160-sized bed. The second bedroom, measuring 21 m², comprises a 140-sized bed and two 90-sized beds. Adjacent to the bedrooms, there is a shower room and a separate toilet.

Furthermore, an enchanting 30 m² terrace awaits you on the upper level, serving as a serene solarium. From here, you can enjoy picturesque views of the courtyard and garden, providing the perfect setting for rest and relaxation.

For those traveling by car and/or motorcycle, we offer a secure garage. Additionally, we provide bicycle storage, ensuring a convenient space for your two-wheeled adventures. The property is completely enclosed, guaranteeing privacy and security during your stay.
