This description is for a room in a newly renovated old house located in the "Coteaux de Vigny", a quiet and comfortable place just 20 minutes away from Angoulême. The room features a 160 bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilet. Additionally, there is a private lounge with a fireplace, a private courtyard, and a garden. Guests also have access to a 30m swimming pool. WIFI is available and pets are allowed.

The house has a separate wing reserved for three cottages, with a spacious dining/living room facing the fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a small courtyard and a private garden. Upon request, they have access to a 9x3 pool with a jacuzzi, bicycles, and a ping-pong table. The hosts are located in the adjacent house and are available to assist guests if needed.

Les Coteaux de Vigny is situated in a wine-growing commune known for its Pineau and Cognac producers. Guests can enjoy a free tour of Maine Giraud, the former home of Alfred de Vigny, as well as visit Romanesque churches and the Chapel of the Templars in Cressac. There are also numerous hiking trails available on-site. Parking is available on-site as well.
