This apartment is ideally situated between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin, offering easy access to the various vineyards of Bordeaux. The Monsalut area, located less than 5 minutes away, provides opportunities for exploring ponds and walking in the beautiful Crown forests of CESTAS.Attached to the main house, the apartment is surrounded by a stunning wooded area. Inside, you will find a modern living space with 2 sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a kitchenette equipped with a sink, a 2 plate hob, a multifunctional microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The bedroom is situated upstairs and offers a very comfortable double bed (140 * 190), a desk, and a wardrobe. A canvas cot can be provided if needed.
WIFI internet access is available, and guests have access to a shared washing machine, dryer, plancha, and barbecue. The living room offers a view of the surrounding wooded area, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil environment.
