We have five spacious rooms available for guests on the first floor, ranging from 25 to 30m2 in size. The beds are 100x200 and can be prepared as either a double bed or twin beds. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and WC, and we provide all necessary linen such as sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Additionally, guests will find shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer in their rooms.Our guests have access to several amenities, including:
- An outdoor terrace spanning approximately 200 m2, featuring a fireplace for grilling. The terrace is surrounded by plane and linden trees, providing shade and creating a perfect setting for meals and barbecues.
- A pool measuring 10 x 6m, accompanied by a pool-house. The pool and pool-house are located within the property, enclosed by a fenced terrace spanning 300 m2.
For musicians, we have a special treat. We offer a half-tail piano by Erard, an upright piano in walnut by Seiler, and a library filled with scores, CDs, and DVDs for those passionate about the opera world.

To reach Maison BelCanto from Marseille or Valence via the A49 motorway, take Exit 9 at Pont-en-Royans. Cross St Marcellin and continue into St Hilaire du Rosier. Follow the signs indicating "Maison BelCanto."
If you prefer to travel by train, the TGV train station of Saint-Hilaire - Saint-Nazaire is conveniently located just a two-minute walk away from the house. There are regular train services (TER) from Grenoble St Hilaire (40 minutes) and Valence TGV (20 minutes), with departures every hour.
For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Grenoble-Saint-Geoirs, which is located 35 km away from Maison BelCanto.
