Immerse yourself in our convivial atmosphere as we share our local aperitif, known as paillot.
Our cuisine celebrates the seasons, incorporating ingredients from our farm and kitchen-garden. Indulge in tantalizing dishes such as leek tarts, chive omelettes with bacon, homemade pâté and rillettes, savory potato cakes, Jerusalem artichokes, rabbit in cider, farm chicken, oxtongue, escalope à la crème, and blanquette of veal. A refreshing salad accompanies the main course, followed by mouthwatering desserts like apple à la cinnamon, pear tart, and chocolate fondant. Your breakfast will be a treat with our homemade pastries and a variety of jams, including dandelion, elder, and pear.
