Situated in the heart of a captivating basin, our establishment is a prime location for tourists, just minutes away from the Regional Natural Park of Causses of Quercy. Surrounded by a lush 1.2 hectare park, filled with enchanting wooded areas and cozy corners, guests can unwind while children enjoy themselves.For those seeking an active lifestyle, a fitness area is conveniently located near the main house, equipped with dumbbells, an exercise bike, and weightlifting equipment (for ages 13 and above).
Our tastefully decorated property features four charming rooms. Three of these rooms are situated on the first floor, offering picturesque views of the park and pool. Adjacent to one of these rooms is a cozy reading area, stocked with magazines, books about the region, and a space where guests can relax by listening to music, watching a movie, or engaging in conversation. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate building near the swimming pool (as shown in the photos).
All of our rooms are equipped with amenities such as a TV, wireless internet access, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
Breakfast, a delightful feast for the senses, is served on the south-facing terrace, in the dining room, or in another suitable area depending on the season. Guests can indulge in homemade jams and seasonal cakes, fresh pastries, specialty breads, fresh fruit salad, and dairy products.
Our accommodations include:
- The "Small Room Royal Suite" for up to four people, located in the main house and featuring a large double bed, two single beds, a dressing room, and a refrigerator.
- The "Room Trip" for two people, situated in the main house and furnished with a large double bed.
- The "Romantic Bedroom" for three people, also located in the main house and offering a large double bed and a single bed.
- The "Lavandou Room" for up to four people, conveniently located near the pool. This room features a loft with a large double bed, two bunk beds, a lounge area on the ground floor, a summer kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ.
The prices for our rooms are as follows: €85 for two people, including breakfast; €105 for three people; and €140 for four people.
Additionally, we offer a delectable dinner option for our guests at a price range of €29 to €32 per person. This includes a welcoming house aperitif, appetizer, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee or tea. Our regional cuisine is based on the finest fresh produce available.

Directions
When you reach the traffic lights in REALVILLE, follow the sign towards MIRABEL. After traveling for 600 meters, make a right turn towards St. Vincent. Then, continue on the path named ROUMIEU, and keep an eye out for a prominent big yellow house.
