This charming former miller's house is part of a stunning architectural ensemble alongside a 17th-century mill that generates its own renewable energy. Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, it is surrounded by lush greenery and overlooks a wooded valley with a pristine trout river, home to various protected animal and plant species.The house is a separate building located in close proximity to the owners' residence. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a kitchen area and a fireplace, a convenient shower room, a separate toilet, and Bedroom 1, which features both twin beds and a single bed.
Moving upstairs, you will find Bedroom 2, which also offers twin beds, as well as an additional shower room and toilet. Upon request, the house can be equipped with SAT-TV and a telephone for local calls only. Additionally, baby equipment is available to ensure a comfortable stay for young families.
Outside, there is a lovely garden with accompanying garden furniture and swings, providing the perfect space to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
