It is tastefully decorated with modern amenities, making it an ideal accommodation for your holiday in the Paris area (only a 45-minute drive from Paris City) and the Champagne & Vineyards region.

This holiday house offers an independent access and features a contemporary and inviting decor. The ground floor comprises an entrance, a spacious room with a comfortable bed (160), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that opens onto a private wooden terrace with a barbecue. There is also a pleasant living room with a view of the garden, as well as internet (Wifi) and a desk for your convenience.

On the first floor, you will find another room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The property also boasts a large shared wooded garden with the owners and even a vegetable garden. Additionally, there is a car park available.
