The holiday cottage called "Terres Nères" has the capacity to accommodate either 8 or 9 individuals. It underwent renovation in 2000 and was granted a 3-épis rating by the organization "Gîtes de France". In 2003, it was also bestowed with the "Gîte Panda" label, which was attributed by the National Park of Pyrénées and WWF.Situated on the outskirts of Aucun village at an altitude of 850 meters, the gîte offers a tranquil environment with no passing traffic, as the road ends at the cottage. The property spans across one hectare of land. Originally built in 1811, this residence has been meticulously restored in the traditional local style, incorporating elements such as whitewashed walls, wooden features, and stone accents, creating an inviting and cozy sanctuary.
