Pascal, Valérie, and their five children - Gabriel, Valentin, Thimothé, Rosalys, and Pénelope - warmly welcome you to their peaceful and comfortable accommodations. They are dedicated to providing you with the best hospitality and sharing their passion for Ardeche with you.Situated on a vast property spanning 60 hectares, filled with ancient olive trees and oak trees, the lodgings of the Farmhouse of Grads de Perret are nestled within the outbuildings of a grand courtyard. The historical charm of the estate has been meticulously preserved, including a traditional baker's oven, arched sheepfold cellars, an olive oil press, a barn, a well, and exposed stone walls.

Directions
To find us, follow these directions: At the roundabout between ROSIERES and JOYEUSE, take the ALES direction and continue for 200 meters. Then, make a left turn towards "Les Grads" (Mas de la Bastide, R.G. Alu). Follow the small, narrow, and winding tourist road for 2.5 kilometers. When you reach the Grads sign, you'll see our farmhouse on the left with a blue gate and old tools painted in blue.
