Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a fully renovated house, perfect for gatherings in France with 2 or 3 families or groups of friends.

In addition to its comfortable, well-decorated, and functional interior, the house offers a tranquil atmosphere in its 700 m2 garden and private, secure swimming pool, complete with parasols and deckchairs.

Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is just 400 m away from various shops (supermarket, chemist, 2 doctors) and only 2 km from a 33-hectare leisure lake.

The Gite can accommodate up to 12 people, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms (each floor equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, and sink), a large dining room with seating for 14 people, a living room, and a wood burner.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob.

From the kitchen and dining room, guests can access the patio, which offers 2 tables and 8 chairs. At the lower part of the patio, under a canopy, there is a large shaded table for up to 15 people, accompanied by 18 chairs.

The salt-water swimming pool (12.5m x 5m) features a separate paddling pool for children. The pool area is completely enclosed and equipped with an alarm on the edges to detect any falls into the pool.

With its fully fenced 700m2 garden, children can play safely in the entire area.

1. By plane: Land at the International Airport Limges Bellegarde, which is located 30 miles away.

2. By road (A20): Take exit 33 towards Périgueux, and continue in the direction of Aixe sur Vienne.
