- The living area is furnished with a dining table, 4 chairs, a convertible bench (can be transformed into a large bed or 2 small beds), and a TV.
- The bedroom features a 140cm bed, 2 bedside tables, and a wall cupboard.
- The bathroom is equipped with a 170cm bathtub, washbasin, toilet, toilet cabinet with a razor socket, and a hairdryer.

Our individual villas offer a spacious garden and an additional room compared to the maisonnettes B and C. You will also enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned and heated house, as well as a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, a double basin furniture with a hairdryer, and a panoramic mirror.
* Terraces: The outdoor space includes a garden living area with a table and armchairs, as well as a barbecue and sun loungers.
* Property: The property spans 3 hectares of wooded land with apple bushes, myrtle trees, holm oaks, and olive trees.
