"Le Gîte des Chênes" in LAUZANAC is a private and independent retreat located adjacent to our house. Situated with a breathtaking view of the valley and surrounded by oak woods, this recently restored property offers a brand new experience for our guests.Upon entering, you will find a spacious open plan living room and dining room featuring a magnificent fireplace. The kitchen area is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. Complimentary internet access (broadband), satellite TV, and informative materials about the area are also available for your convenience.
The first floor can be accessed via a beautiful wrought iron staircase, crafted here on the farm. Three double bedrooms await, each furnished with a writing table and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom offers a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Separating these bedrooms is a cozy television room that can be curtained off and also features a double sofa bed.
The entire house benefits from central heating, and the grand fireplace in the open plan living/dining room adds to the cozy atmosphere.
Outside, you will discover two private gardens on different levels. Adjacent to the kitchen area, a covered terrace awaits with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture. The second garden boasts a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, complete with a shady poolhouse and shower. Safety measures have been taken to secure the pool area for the children's protection.
Pets may be considered by the owners, and children are warmly welcomed to enjoy their stay.
