The bedroom is exclusively yours, and we respect your privacy. We do not enter the room for bed-making or cleaning purposes.

The villa is single-story and sits on a 1200 m² plot of land, offering privacy as it is not overlooked. The property faces southeast, ensuring plenty of natural light. Bed and bathroom linen will be provided during your stay, and outdoor parking is available. There is also an option for a closed garage if needed.

This includes the living room and an open kitchen equipped with a TV, table, chairs, American fridge, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric coffee maker, along with all necessary kitchen equipment.

The bathroom features a jet shower and bathtub, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. For your laundry needs, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly the swimming pool. It uses an electrolyzer system, ensuring that the water is similar to sea water and free from chlorine. The pool is meticulously cleaned on a daily basis, with strict water quality control measures in place to ensure your safety and enjoyment. There is also a large sheltered terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing. Additionally, a deckchair is provided for your comfort during moments of rest and sunbathing.
