Welcome to our lovely, convenient, and completely private bed and breakfast. This high-ceiling studio with a private bathroom is located in a separate building on the property of a beautiful Mediterranean home in a quiet and historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles. You will have your own private entrance through charming French doors.

The studio is spotlessly clean and the property features fountains and a great landscape. You can relax on the patio with a cup of tea and croissants, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The fully furnished apartment includes a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your retreat, including a stocked fridge with juice, tea, and water. There is also a convection toaster oven and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is clean and has a shower. You will sleep comfortably on a top-quality queen bed with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and down-alternative quilts.

For breakfast, we provide fair-trade coffee or tea, croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our location is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica. We are also just two blocks from the freeway entrance and one block from a bus stop. If you want to explore Culver City, it's a quick ten-minute street or bike ride away, where you can find theaters, restaurants, a farmers market, and historic attractions. You can easily reach the beach or take the bike path to Venice. Additionally, we are only a ten-minute drive to Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits.

The owner of the property speaks French and Spanish and is happy to help with planning your stay and explaining the area.

We provide WiFi, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. The internet is very strong and fast thanks to our Lynksys E4200 router.

Free parking is available, and we provide a hair dryer and iron for your convenience. There is also an iPod dock clock-radio in the studio.

The water for the property is filtered, and we provide R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower takes less than a minute to heat up and then gets nice and hot. Meals and laundry service are available for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio next to the apartment.

Please note that there is a 2-3 night minimum stay requirement.
