Description for Gite

This gite offers a spacious main room measuring approximately 18 M2, which includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric hotplate, and 3 gas rings. There is also a fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as dishes and everyday electrical equipment provided. The room features a comfortable 3 seater sofa, a TV, and a small library for entertainment. Heating for this room is provided by a wood pellet stove.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable 180-sized bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine for convenience. The top floor of the gite features an attic room with two 90-sized beds, illuminated by a window and a skylight.

For those who enjoy dining outdoors, there is a small balcony and a designated barbecue area complete with a table and chairs. The gite has received an accreditation from gîte de France with a rating of two ears. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The gite is available for weekly rentals throughout the year, and weekend stays of 2-4 nights are also possible, except for the months of July and August. There is a supplement of 50 euros per week for heating expenses.
