This classified and furnished 4-star property offers four bedrooms. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a double bed. The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a single bed and a bunk bed. On the upper floor, the third bedroom has three beds, two of which are modular, and one single bed. The fourth bedroom, also on the upper floor, has three beds, two modular and one single.

The living space includes an equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room features a stove, with logs provided during the winter season. The property also includes a TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

Outside, there is a large terrace (non-smoking) with a magnificent unobstructed view of the mountains. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and parasols are also available.

Additional amenities include two bathrooms, both with showers, and two toilets, one of which is independent. Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. There is a large closed car park, and a washing machine and dryer service is offered upon request for reservations longer than one week.

Optional services include bathroom linen for 5 euros per person, a cleaning fee of 80 euros, and a washing machine/dryer service for 5 euros per use. Refills for electric cars are charged separately.
