**Stunning Basque House** situated 2km away from the town center of Sare, offering convenient access to various amenities including a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, SPAR supermarket, and a medical group comprising of five doctors, a dentist, osteo physiotherapist, nurses, podiatrist, and speech therapist. Additionally, there are numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity.The family-friendly pool, designed in the shape of a bean, features a gradual depth from 140cm to 180cm, spanning 9.5 meters in length and 6 meters in width. For added safety, the pool is equipped with a security alarm. Each holidaymaker can enjoy sunbathing as there are designated areas provided.
The property boasts a large enclosed garden covering 1,500 m2, adorned with beautiful trees. A spacious terrace offers a delightful view of the pool, while a summer kitchen with a plancha and barbecue is perfect for outdoor cooking.
Parking is convenient with a large car park equipped with an electric gate.
The comfortable 165m2 house, accommodating 8 to 10 people, features a generous living/dining room, a well-equipped closed kitchen, four bedrooms (three on the upper level and one on the ground floor) furnished with four double beds (two in 160cm and two in 140cm), as well as a mezzanine with two single beds. There are two bathrooms (one on each floor) and two separate toilets.
The property boasts an ideal location amidst lush greenery, just five minutes away from the Spanish border. It is also conveniently located 15 minutes away from St Jean de Luz/Ciboure and their beautiful beaches, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne, 45 minutes from San Sebastian, and 45 minutes from Hossegor/Capbreton.
Free WIFI is available, and guests can also enjoy access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Please note that pets are not allowed, although we do have a fondness for them. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, thus it is not suitable for young revelers.
Bed linen and towels are not included, so guests are advised to bring their own.
The property is registered with the town hall and the tourist office.
