Directions

The public beaches and villages of Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches are located in the North West of Mauritius near Pointe aux Piments, Pereybere, and Grand Bay. These beaches are known for their crystal clear water and are safe for swimming. They are also situated near Pointe aux Piments, Péreybčre, and Grand Bay. The residence is in a calm location and is conveniently situated on the border of a reserve for deer and birds. Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy public beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, amenities, and all activities are just 150m away.

This private residence is perfectly located next to beaches, restaurants, and amenities. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. The living/dining area includes a double sofa bed, armchairs, and a private balcony.

Airport transfers are provided for free. The apartments are fully furnished and each one has a digital safe. Ample bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, and there is daily maid service. We have English and French speaking private chauffeurs and taxis available.

The best beaches of Mauritius, with fine white sand and turquoise waters, are nearby. These beaches offer great snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, and a variety of water sports. There are also restaurants for reasonable prices and all necessary amenities are just a 150m walk away, including bars, supermarkets, excursion and diving centers, car/bike/scooter hire centers, taxi stands, bus stops, and banks.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, water skiing, speedboat tours, glass-bottom boat rides, parasailing, pedalos, sea kayaking, and visits to the islands in the North, including Coin de Mire, Ilot Gabriel, Ile Plate, Flat Island, Round Island, Ile Ronde, Snake Island, and Ile aux Serpents. There are also many restaurants and cafes to explore. Don't miss the Church of Cap Malheureux and the view of the North Sea.

You can obtain good prices on car rentals, taxis, activities, and trips from Ashok JHEELAN. We offer a great variety of reasonably priced activities that can be booked just a few minutes walk from the apartment, including swimming with dolphins, day cruises to offshore deserted islands, excursions to Ile aux Cerfs, trips on the "Isla Mauricia" sailing boat, Captain Nemo's undersea walk, deep sea fishing, parasailing, scuba diving, the Blue Safari Submarine experience, and the Nessee semi-submersible boat with snorkeling.

There are also many historical sites and places to explore in the area. Visit the resort town of Grand-Baie with its charming shopping arcades, market, restaurants, and bars. Explore the fishing village of Grand Bay and Cap Malheureux, where you can visit the church chapel and buy fresh fish from local fishermen. Horse Riding Delights offers the opportunity to hire horses or bicycles and explore the grounds of the former "Mont Choisy Sugar Estate." The Aquarium of Trou aux Biches allows you to see and touch a variety of tropical sealife. The Verger de Labourdonnais is a beautiful colonial house surrounded by a sugar cane plantation and orchard. The Botanical Garden of Pamplemousses is one of the most beautiful tropical botanical gardens in the world and features giant indigenous tortoises and a small zoo. LAventure du Sucre is an old sugar mill converted into an interesting museum that retraces the history of Mauritius. Goodlands Village offers a colorful market, a chocolate factory, and a large Historic Marine model boat factory. In Triolet village, you can visit the largest Hindu temple in Mauritius, the Maheswarnath Temple. Finally, Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius, offers exotic markets, China Town, pagodas, temples, the modern Caudan shopping complex, the fascinating "Blue Penny Museum," a casino, and the Champs de Mars for horse racing.
